To characterize the epigenome of HD R6/1 mice in striatal cells using CUT&TAG on neuronal and non-neuronal nuclei NeuN+/- nuclei from females, WT and R6/1 mice striatum were used (50000 nuclei). Two different histone marks were evaluated: H3K9ac and H3K18ac coming from the same sample, in order to perform correlation analysis (n>=2 replicates for NeuN+, n=1 for NeuN-). Rabbit IgGs were used as control.
