Spirituelle Entwicklung als supervisorische Zielsetzung

Transpersonale Psychologie ist eine konfessionsneutrale, aber an derspirituellen Entwicklung des Einzelnen interessierte Psychologie. Eineauf dieser Grundlage konzipierte Supervision hat andere Prämissen zubeachten, als andere Formen von Supervision. In vier Bereichen einesmetatheoretischen Modells von Supervision wird die Spezifiktranspersonalpsychologisch fundierter Supervisionen imnicht-psychotherapeutischen Sektor aufgezeigt: Im Bereich derpolitisch-gesellschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen, der ethischen Kautelen,der supervisionstheoretischen Voraussetzung und der praxeologischenUmsetzung. Ziel ist die Integration der Spiritualität des Supervisandenin den Arbeitskontext. Transpersonal Psychology is a confessionally neutral psychology,interested in the spiritual development of each subject. A supervisionconstructed on this basis has to consider different premises than otherforms of supervision. In four sectors of a metatheoretical model ofsupervision the peculiarity of a transpersonally based supervision innon-therapeutical fields is demonstrated: in the sector ofpolitical-social frameworks, ethical precautions, theoreticalpresumptions, and praxeological realization.
