Replication data and code for the paper "Anticipation as an Asset: Settlement and Inter-Cycle Memory in Film Franchises." Includes the full reproducible pipeline: key-free data-collection scripts (Wikidata SPARQL, Wikipedia pageviews, Google Trends, OMDb, Rotten Tomatoes), the constructed panel of 207 sequel pairs across 110 film franchises (2004–2025), all analysis and robustness scripts (Test A memory coefficient with leave-one-out, window, Heckman, reflection and delivery-error Monte Carlo, Nickell/pooled-ρ, and Arellano–Bond/Blundell–Bond GMM; Test C asset ledgers with franchise fixed effects and wild-cluster bootstrap; Test B COVID-deferral probe), result outputs, and a README with run order. No personally identifying data are included.
