资源简介:
This survey is carried out on the basis of the research collaboration in "The International Social Survey Programme" (ISSP). ISSP is an international organisation that prepares and coordinates annual surveys in its member countries, mainly within the fields of political science and sociology. The topic of the surveys varies, but are repeated at intervals of a few years. In this way, changes in behavioral patterns and attitudes over time as well as differences between countries and cultures, are possible to be detected and measured. The Norwegian Social Science Data Services (NSD) became a member of ISSP in 1989 and have since been responsible for carrying out the surveys in Norway. In connection with the survey, researchers are invited to add supplementary questions to the Norwegian respondents. In 2005, the objective was to collect data on conditions and experiences of work, employee flexibility, work-life balance, human capital, solidarity and conflict, significance of work, work-related values, job characteristics and work outcome. NSD and ISSP conducted similar surveys in 1989 and 1997. The Norwegian additional part in 2005, was developed in collaboration with Håkon Leiulfsrud, Department of Sociology and Political Science, NTNU, Anne Ryen, Department of Sociology, Social Work and Welfare studies, HiA and Knud Knudsen, Department of Media, Culture and Social Sciences, UiS. The questions in the Norwegian part includes themes such as power of decision and societal conditions, work-related use of computer, class identity and benefits.
