The RNA detected in this project refers to mRNA, and a total of 18 samples were sequenced and analyzed in this project, and a total of 136.52 Gb Clean Data was obtained, and the CleanData of each sample reached 6Gb, and the O30 base percentage was 92% or more. Based on the comparison results, the variable splicing prediction analysis, gene structure optimization analysis, and new gene discovery were carried out. Based on the comparison results, gene expression analysis was performed. Differentially expressed genes are identified based on their expression in different samples, and their function annotation and enrichment analysis are analyzed.
