Homo sapiens Raw sequence reads for tick-borne infection study

This project involves the raw sequence reads obtained from the blood of a human patient suspected of tick-borne infection. The goal of the study is to identify potential pathogens using metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) and targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS).
