Genome sequences of Acinetobacter baumannii from multiple sources and studies. Acinetobacter baumannii genomic studies

This project is based on random Acinetobacter baumannii isolates that we have sequenced from different sources. The isolates are not part of any of our larger studies and this warrants their own project. The isolates will at some point be published and we will reference each isolate used in the study with their accession numbers.
