Raw qPCR ΔCt Values for Multi-Organ Expression of Viral Entry Receptors in Feline Fetal Tissues

This dataset contains raw qPCR ΔCt values for the analysis of viral entry receptor expression across multiple feline fetal tissues. The data correspond to the manuscript entitled “Multi-Organ Expression of Viral Entry Receptors in Feline Fetal Tissues”. Samples were collected from feline fetal organs, and the expression levels of viral receptor-related genes were quantified by qPCR. The dataset includes ΔCt values used for statistical analysis and figure generation. These data support the evaluation of organ-specific receptor expression patterns and their potential relevance to viral organ tropism and vertical transmission.
