This dataset comprises raw sequence reads derived from environmental DNA (eDNA) samples collected from the Dianchi and Taihu. The study aims to elucidate the complex interactions among various trophic levels within this ecosystem, including microorganisms, plants, and animals. By employing high-throughput sequencing technologies, we have generated a rich dataset that captures the biodiversity and ecological dynamics of these unique environment.
