Double strand insulin-like androgenic gland hormone (dsIAG) induced sex reversal and gonadal transcriptome analysis in the oriental river prawn (Macrobrachium nipponense)

The present study aimed to determine whether dsIAG injection induces sexual reversal in M. nipponense, and select the sex-related genes by performing the gonadal transcriptome analysis of normal male (dsM), normal female (dsFM), sex-reversed male prawns (dsRM), and unreversed male prawns (dsNRM).
