Extract the intestinal contents of Trachemys scripta elegans subjected to environmental stress at a salinity of ten PSU for 6 months, isolate the gut microbiota, and transplant them into other healthy Trachemys scripta elegans to observe their gut microbiota metabolite. Add GAGA and Arg to the feed and observe changes in gut metabolites after 2 months of feeding.
