to investigate the function mechanism of UIFSP pretreatment in WS1 cells exposure to UVB,and how UIFSP regulate cell gene expression and signal transduction. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data was used,which WS1 cells were divided into four groups, cell treated without UVB, cell exposed to UVB without UIFSP treatment, cell exposed to UVB with TAT-UIFSP 5 treatment,cell exposed to UVB with TAT-UIFSP 6 treatment.(Human skin fibroblast,WS1 cells grown in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM, BI, Israel) supplemented with 1% antibioticsand 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, BI, Israel) at 37 °C in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2. Before the UVB irradiation, cells were pre-treated with and without TAT-conjugated UIFSPs for 48 h. Cells were exposed to designated intensities of UVB (30 mJ/cm2) under a thin layer of PBS.)
