The data is obtained by conducting simulation and fitting the exponent of RTO probability according to the definition given in Eq.(17). We mainly consider the range [−5,5] as they are mostly considered in the literature. The entries {−50, −25, 25, 50} are used to examine the effect on for large . The entries with are obtained by the observation that the RTO probability stabilized fairly quickly in less than 10 time steps. The data in this table is plotted in Figure 4.
