Shipboard ADCP, underway near surface meteorology and hydrography, G09 cruise, south of the Mississippi River Delta in April 2015 from the R/V Pelican cruise PE15-21

GISR Cruise G09 surveyed the region surrounding the site where an moored ADCP current profiler was deployed a few day prior by a related cruise (related cruise E/V Nautilus NA56). This cruise aboard the R/V Pelican started south of the Mississippi River Delta and continued over the continental slope and rise in Greens Canyon (lease block 600), April 14-19, 2015. This is the underway dataset containing near-surface measurements of ocean temperature and salinity, marine meteorological measurements of winds, pressure, and temperature, and underway measurements of ocean current profiles from a hull-mounted ADCP.
