ALE: Requirements catalogue of the ALE intelligent environment (functional and non-functional requirements)

Machine-readable catalogue of the requirements for the ALE intelligent environment for agricultural advisory services, which combines a Semantic MediaWiki knowledge base, the ALE ontology and large language models. It is derived from the technical specification of the ALE environment, version 1.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23858933). The dataset contains 47 functional requirements in nine groups (31 must, 14 should, 2 could) with sources and acceptance criteria, 15 non-functional requirements with target values, requirement groups linked to the ALE architecture model, a legend of sources and a traceability matrix. Texts are given in Ukrainian (original) and English (translation). Formats: CSV, JSON and RDF 1.1 N-Triples; a data dictionary describes all columns. Terminology: ALE stands for Advisory Learning Ecosystem (the ontology); the software system is called the ALE intelligent environment.
