资源简介:
This dataset contains rhizosphere soil microbial community data focusing on phoD gene-carrying bacteria under different mowing treatments (0 cm, 10 cm, 20 cm, and no mowing). Data were collected at 28 days and 36 days during a simulated flooding experiment conducted in the water-level fluctuation zones (WLFZs) of the Three Gorges Reservoir. The dataset includes:1.FASTQ files:•A folder containing raw sequencing data generated using the Illumina MiSeq platform.•Each FASTQ file corresponds to a specific sample and includes paired-end reads for phoD microbial communities. These files can be used for reanalysis or reprocessing using pipelines such as QIIME2 or DADA2.2.ASV table:•An Amplicon Sequence Variant (ASV) abundance table summarizing the presence and relative abundance of ASVs across samples and experimental treatments.•Rows represent unique ASVs, and columns represent individual samples.3.ASV valid table:•A validated ASV table with taxonomic annotations (e.g., at phylum, genus levels) .These data enable detailed analyses of microbial community composition, diversity, and potential functional roles in phosphorus cycling under varying mowing treatments.
