The amplicon sequencing of gut microflora from healthy as well as antibiotic-fed Pangasianodon hypophthalmus was carried out to examine the antibiotic-induced alterations in the microbial diversity. The antibiotics used were oxytetracycline, florfenicol and oxolinic acid. Morevoer, the changes in microbial diversity after drug withdrawal were also analyzed.
