RNA-Seq analysis of Hybsibius exemplaris, Acutuncus antarcticus and Paramacrobiotus fairbanksi under DNA damaging stresses.. Tardigrades

We exposed batches of individuals from the three Tardigrades species (Hybsibius exemplaris, Acutuncus antarcticus and Paramacrobiotus fairbanksi) to gamma rays (1000 Gy) or bleomycin treatments. We conducted a transcriptomic analysis with or without the treatment in triplicates for the three species. We also conducted a long-read RNASeq sequencing for each species.
