资源简介:
Dataset related to the paper : "Daily feeding rhythms may play a role in the genetic variability of feed efficiency in growing pigs". Data were collected in two lines of Large White pigs selected from G0 to G9 for divergent residual feed intake. Feeding activities were recorded for each pig during the 3 months of test, starting at 10 weeks of age until 115 to 120 kg BW. The quantity of feed consumed, and the time when the feeding started and ended were recorded. The raw data were the 7,066,642 visits to the feeders recorded for 3,991 animals. The phenotypic data available here are not the raw data, data cleaning and agregation are different time scales (hour, day, period of day) were applied and individual averages are provided: we choose to retain only the datasets that were pretreated for facilitating the replication of the result show in the paper. Imputed genotypes at the sequence level for all breeding animals in 10 core clock genes +/-1Mb were cleaned and allele frequencies were computed per line and generation.
