A proteome-wide screen defines binding determinants of the core autophagy protein LC3B

Amplicon sequencing was performed on a human peptidome library displayed on the surface of Escherichia coli to evaluate peptide binding to the autophagy protein LC3B. Samples were collected across six rounds of fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) enrichment to identify peptides with increased binding affinity. This dataset enables analysis of peptide-protein interactions using bacterial display.
