Processed cecal 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from control and HFSD+DH mice

This dataset contains processed cecal 16S rRNA gene sequencing data for control (Con) and high-fat, high-sugar diet plus damp-heat (HFSD+DH) samples. It includes an OTU count table with the original taxonomic annotations and a sample-to-group mapping. Six Con sample columns and six HFSD+DH sample columns are provided. All 1,080 OTU rows from the supplied processed table were retained without further filtering or normalization. Raw sequencing reads are unavailable and are not included. Details of the files and sample identifiers are provided in README.txt.
