This dataset supports the experimental and microstructural analysis presented in the study titled “Static magnetic field-assisted LPBF of Ti6Al4V lattice structures with homogenized microstructure, defect evolution, and enhanced mechanical performance.” It includes raw and processed data from uniaxial compression tests, micro-computed tomography (Micro-CT), Electron Backscatter diffraction (EBSD), and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) performed on both OOCS and HRS lattice structures fabricated using laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). The repository also contains high-resolution figures, mechanical performance metrics, porosity analysis, original microscopy images, and defect quantification maps. These data are intended to support reproducibility, secondary analysis, and future modeling efforts in the field of additive manufacturing and architected materials.
