This work proposes a unifying theoretical framework—PIQOS (Primitive–Intelligence Quantum Ontological Symmetry)—that links cognitive resonance, thermodynamic entropy, and structural models of human moral orientation. By situating PIQOS within the symbolic logic of Tikkun Olam and the mathematical completion of Einstein’s relational paradigm, the paper develops a tri-partite closure model integrating physical, cognitive, and ethical domains. The resulting structure offers a means to evaluate emergent technological trajectories, diagnose systemic entropy in modern institutions, and articulate a mathematically grounded pathway toward coherence-preserving intelligence design.
