Genotypes of reproductive trees and seeds of Miconia affinis

This data file has two spreadsheets, one with the genotypes for reproductive trees used in our paternity analysis for 8 microsatellite markers. We also included the geographic coordinates for each tree. The other spreadsheet has the genotypes for the seeds collected in our single pollinator visit experiment.
