Effect of DEHP on piRNA expression in rat testis

To explore the effect of DEHP on piRNA expression in rat testes, we have employed rat piRNA microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify piRNAs with the potential to study the role of DEHP exposure on piRNA expression in rat testes to provide new insight into DEHP-induced male reproductive injury.为探究邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯（Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, DEHP）对大鼠睾丸piwi互作RNA（piwi-interacting RNA, piRNA）的表达影响，本研究以大鼠piRNA微阵列表达谱作为发现平台，筛选出可用于研究DEHP暴露对大鼠睾丸piRNA表达调控作用的piRNA，以期为DEHP诱导的男性生殖损伤提供新的研究见解。
