Taiwan phylogeographic study of Mycobacterium kansasii

We retrospectively investigated the potential environmental acquisition, mainly water sources of M. kansasii among patients with pulmonary disease from an industrial city in Taiwan between 2015 and 2017. Sputum mycobacterial cultures were analyzed using whole genome sequencing.
