资源简介:
This dataset comprises greenhouse gas (GHG) fluxes and soil mineral nitrogen data obtained from laboratory incubation experiments using soils collected from different land-use systems in the Eastern Amazon. The study evaluates the effects of land use, nitrogen addition, and temperature on soil GHG emissions and nitrogen dynamics. The dataset includes measurements of carbon dioxide (CO₂), methane (CH₄), and nitrous oxide (N₂O) fluxes under controlled incubation conditions with varying nitrogen application rates and temperature regimes. Soil mineral nitrogen (NH₄⁺ and NO₃⁻) concentrations were determined using KCl extraction followed by colorimetric analysis. In addition, soil physicochemical properties, including pH and related attributes, are provided to support the interpretation of biogeochemical processes. An integrated dataset used for Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is also included to explore relationships between soil properties and GHG emissions. The data are organized into multiple .xlsx files corresponding to different experimental conditions and analytical approaches, including nitrogen addition experiments, temperature variation experiments, mineral nitrogen measurements, soil properties, and multivariate analysis inputs. This dataset supports the reproducibility of the analyses presented in the associated study and provides a valuable resource for researchers investigating soil greenhouse gas emissions, nitrogen cycling, and the environmental impacts of land-use change in tropical ecosystems.
