SAFIRE ATR42: Flights segmentation

An ensemble of YAML files describes the flights of the SAFIRE ATR42 aircraft during the EUREC4A field campaign. Each flight is associated with take-off and landing times, and segmented into non-exclusive timestamps. Different kinds of segments are defined, that correspond to basic patterns (R-pattern, L-pattern, S-pattern), to particular phases of the flight (e.g., Ferry, Profile), or to straight and stabilized legs of equal duration and length for turbulence studies (T-shortlegs, T-longlegs, T-longestlegs). A note characterizing the vertical level associated with each segment (cloud-top, cloud-base, top-subcloud-layer, mid-subcloud-layer, near-surface, above-inversion-ferry-leg, below-inversion-ferry-leg, upward, downward) is also reported.
