Urinary exosome transcriptome sequencing of idiopathic membranous nephropathy

Idiopathic membranous nephropathy is a common cause of adult nephrotic syndrome, accounting for 20 to 30% of glomerular disease cases and some cases inevitably progressed to end-stage renal disease. In our experiment, RNA sequencing of urinary exosomes from 5 idiopathic membranous nephropathy patients and 5 healthy volunteers was performed to find non-invasive diagnosis markers and specific therapeutic targets of IMN.
