dataset for ferritin and GDM

This dataset  contains the data required to replicate analyses in a prospective cohort study aimed to explore the relationship between serum ferritin and the subsequent risk of developing GDM (in review). Pregnant (gestational 7–12 weeks) women who were admitted to the obstetrics department of Peking University International Hospital from December 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled. Follow-up was performed regularly. Inclusion criteria were as follows: pregnant women aged>18 years, have taken oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 24–28 weeks of gestation; willing to undergo in-hospital birth examination and delivery; agreed to answer the relevant survey questionnaire, and provided blood samples.  This dataset excluded those with a history of GDM, or a low level of hemoglobin (<100g/l), or a high level of hemoglobin (≥160g/l) at gestational weeks 6-12. Totally, this datase comprised 847 pregnant women. Variables are age, height, weight, hemoglobin, HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose (FPG)  and C reactive protein (CRP) at gestational aweeks 6-12, and serum ferrrtin at each tremester (ferrtin8. ferritin24 and ferritin32) , and OGTT test results (OGTT0min, OGTT60min and OGTT120min).
