Spatial Mapping of Hematopoietic Clones in Human Bone Marrow

This project describes the clonal distribution of somatic mutations within the bone marrow of an individual with polycythemia vera. The project includes single-cell DNA sequencing, single-cell immunophenotyping by sequencing.
