METSIM Exome Sequencing Study. Homo sapiens

This study contains the exome sequence of METSIM study participants. This sequencing project is part of a larger sequencing effort that is also generating exome sequence from participants in the FINRISK study. The METSIM (Metabolic Syndrome in Men) study is a longitudinal study comprising 10,197 men, age 45 to 73 at recruitment, randomly selected from the town of Kuopio in Eastern Finland.
