A systematic search for X-ray Quasi-Periodic Eruptions in the eROSITA era

QPEs are extreme soft Xray bursts recurring on hours timescales associated tolowz galactic nuclei. Until a few months ago, only two such sources were foundand currently the only way of systematically finding new QPEs is provided bySRG/eROSITA. In AO19 we were able to discover, in synergy with XMMNewton, twonew QPEs. Thanks to this pilot study, we are now confident in finding 34 goodcandidates every year. We plan to use 11.5yrs of eROSITA data to triggerXMMNewton during AO20, therefore we ask for 4 ToO observations to be performedon 4 different candidates, each with a length of 130 ks.
