Baking English Corpus

The Baking English Corpus (BEC), a specialized corpus comprising over 2 million words, was constructed and analyzed in this study. This corpus focuses specifically on the language used in baking recipes and textbooks. As such, it provides a valuable resource for investigating the distinct linguistic characteristics of this domain.
