云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州绿春县-社会保障-绿春县大中型水库移民后期扶持移民应补名单信息

本数据由县发展和改革局依据《大中型水利水电工程建设征地补偿和移民安置条例》及后期扶持政策归集形成，覆盖纳入国家水库移民后期扶持范围但因信息变更、资格复核、跨省迁移等原因产生应补资金的移民人口。包含移民基础信息（姓名、身份证号、居住地等）、应补资金金额等核心字段。目前已应用于移民直补资金补发、跨区域资格衔接、审计问题整改销号、扶持政策落实督查等场景，有效保障移民合法权益，防范资金滞留风险。

This dataset is compiled by the County Development and Reform Commission in accordance with the Regulations on Land Expropriation Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects and relevant late-stage support policies. It covers eligible reservoir migrants included in the national late-stage support program, who are entitled to owed supplementary funds due to information updates, qualification reexaminations, inter-provincial migration and other reasons. The dataset contains core fields such as basic migrant information (name, ID card number, residential address, etc.) and the amount of owed supplementary funds. Currently, it has been applied in scenarios including the reissuance of direct supplementary funds for migrants, cross-regional qualification coordination, rectification and closing of audit issues, and supervision of the implementation of support policies. This has effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of reservoir migrants and prevented the risk of fund detention.
