Slowringe
收藏资源简介:
Syringe pumps have found their way into many labs as they provide a means to precisely dispense liquids. This paper provides a cheap (<$15 CAD) and robust syringe pump created from either inexpensive or 3D printed parts. This device uses a minimalism design philosophy focusing only on dispensing liquid at a constant rate allowing for the simplification of the syringe pump down to its essentials. Compared to many existing open-source syringe pumps which require many external screw and guild rod this device removes the need for them as many of its parts are print-in-place components that either snap or slid together reducing the need for external hardware. This allows the device to be robust and easy to maintain due to the simplicity of the design and allow for further expansion or modification to the device’s capabilities. The device was also tested under different load amounts with deviation of less than 4.4% from the average flowrate.
