RNA-seq analysis was performed in a Neuroblastoma cell line (GI-MEN) to analyze gene expression changes after ASCL1 overexpression. Overall design: Lentiviral transduction was carried out in GI-MEN cells to overexpress ASCL1 on day 3. Total RNA was harvested 3 days after ASCL1 overexpression and RNA-seq analysis was performed.
