Way the formation of energy-technological protective forest belt includes a series of continuous planting trees with the number of rows> 5 so that they form deciduous vertical tiers of the forest strip. Carry out planting of seedlings of fast-growing trees that are chosen by age so as to create two vertical tiers of forest strips， thus establish distance between rows no more than 2 m， and between trees in a row no more than 0，5 m， then at achievement of trees of the top tier of design sizes， they are mechanized cut and processed into wood chips， which used as biofuel， and cut rows update the growth from the developed root system， while repeating the technological cycle of obtaining biofuels from the second upper tier of trees.
