De novo sequencing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PAO1, sublines Lausanne and Nottingham

Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PAO1 comprises several sublines across the world, having evolved in different laboratories. The genomes of PAO1 sublines from the University of Lausanne (PAO1-L, Switzerland) and from the University of Nottingham (PAO1-N, United Kingdom) were sequenced in this project. Sequencing of the genome of strain PAN067, derived from PAO1-N and the first mutant produced in Nottingham, was also carried out.
