NHE3 expression is downregulated in human colerectal cancer. This study evaluates the influence of of ca. 70% decrease in NHE3 expression on the transcriptomic profile of human colonic adenocarcinoma cells SK-CO15 SK-CO15 cells stably transfected with a lentivirus carring scrambled shRNA or shRNA pool targeting SCL9A3 (NHE3) expression were grown to confluence. RNA was purified and used for microarray analysis using Affymetrix human HuGene-2_0-st arrays
