A repository containing select R scripts to delineate biogeographical partitions (bioregions) in demersal fish communities based on FishGlob trawl data (Maureaud et al. 2024). Bioregion outputs are stored as shapefiles including metadata for each clustering algorithm (Leiden/Infomap), spatial scale (100/200 km), and sample intensity (1st quartile / median trawls per grid cell). The requisitie trawl data can be found in Maureaud et al. (2024), and phylogenetic tree in Rabosky et al. (2018) and Chang et al. (2019). Freely available shapefiles for script include Large Marine Ecosystems (Sherman, 1991), Ecoregions (Spalding et al. 2007), and coastlines (GSHHG, 2017).
