Transcriptome analysis of Lasiodiplodia theobromae treated with pyriofenone

Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a pathogen that causes tea leaf spot on tea plant (Camellia sinensis).Tea plant have been widely grown in Guizhou province, China and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces in China. Pyriofenone could inhibit Lasiodiplodia theobromae, while the antifungal mechanism is not understood.This RNA-seq data will be great helpful to study the antifungal mechanism of pyriofenone against Lasiodiplodia theobromae.
