资源简介:
The projected impact of global warming on coffee production may require theutilization of heat-adapted genotypes in the coming decades. In order toexplore temperature responsive pathways in coffee the leaf transcriptome was examined using RNAseq. We compared the effect of elevatedtemperature on two commercial cultivars (C. arabica cv. Acaua and Catuai)through an examination of leaf physiology, transcriptome analyses andcarbohydrate/protein composition. The growth temperatures tested were 23/19 Celsius degrees (day/night), considered an optimal condition (OpT), and 30/26 Celsius degrees (day/night) as a possible future warming scenario (WaT) in producer regions.
