This study screened for bacteria and fungi that were both P-solubilizing and Al-tolerant and constructed a cross-kingdom synthetic microbial community (PS-ATM SynCom). We examined the potential of SynCom to improve P utilization efficiency (PUE) and Al tolerance index (ATI) of vegetables in acidic soils. Bacterial 16S rRNA and fungal ITS sequencing were conducted.
