硅光调制器速率和动态消光比主要面向光传输网络中的高速调制器的需求建设。本数据集来源于武汉网锐检测科技有限公司的检测数据，主要记录了所制备的硅光调制器在采用硅光调制器性能测试系统所得到的动态调制下的眼图、锁定动态波形眼图、采用直流信号源调制的光谱图及相关原始数据、热调制的光谱图及相关原始数据，测试方法见excel文件。总体数据量8.18MB。

This dataset focuses on the speed and dynamic extinction ratio of silicon photonic modulators, and is constructed to meet the requirements of high-speed modulators in optical transmission networks. It is sourced from the test data of Wuhan Winray Detection Technology Co., Ltd., and mainly records the eye diagrams under dynamic modulation, locked dynamic waveform eye diagrams, spectra modulated by DC signal sources and their associated raw data, as well as thermally modulated spectra and their associated raw data of the fabricated silicon photonic modulators tested using the silicon photonic modulator performance test system. The test methods are detailed in the Excel file. The total size of this dataset is 8.18 MB.
