The Stellingen 3 development plan of 8 October 1965 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt page 182) is amended as follows:
The four-metre wide public path between Kieler Straße and the planned development road, which was established on the parcels of land in 1716 and 1709 of the Steilingen-Langenfelde district, will be abolished. For the previous path area, the determinations for the adjacent building area on the type and extent of structural use and the limitation of the buildable plots of land apply.
