Supporting Data for the publication Superconducting pairing correlations on a trapped-ion quantum computer

This repository contains code and raw data for the manuscript. - The scripts generating the pytket circuits are located in `generating_code`. For all the codes under this folder, one can execute with `python=3.12` and the following dependencies: `numpy, scipy, pytket`. - The guppy scripts submitted to the Helios machine are located in `guppy_circuits`. - The raw data and data analysis scripts are located in `shots_and_analysis`. For all the data analysis scripts, we intentionally maintain a minimal set of dependencies to ensure easy execution. All scripts can be executed with `python=3.12` and minimal dependencies on `numpy, scipy, matplotlib`.
