We used bulk RNA sequencing to investigate the molecular signature of microglia isolated from Itgb8 cKO vs. Control mice. Fcrls+/CD11b+/Ly6C- microglia were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using Smartseq2 RNAseq.
