gut flora of CAC mice

For gut microbiota transfer experiment, fresh stool samples from tumor-bearing WT or Dectin-3-/- mice were washed, aliquoted and stored in -80C. In transplantation experiments in GF mice, fecal suspension was gavaged to GF mice orally for 9 weeks after AOM injection. Mice were euthanized on day 100. Stool sample were acquired from the gut. The detailed mycobiota profiling data were detected by using ITS sequencing. The detailed microbiota profiling data were detected by using 16S sequencing.
