To characterise liver cells from wt, untreated adult male mice. In particular we are interested on hepatocytes (HCs), hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), liver sinuisoidal endothelial cells (LSECs), Kupffer cells (KCs) and cholangiocytes (CHs). Livers from C57Bl6/J male mice (14-18 weeks) were sequentially digested (ZT2-3) by collagenease and/or pronase to isolate by FACS the 5 cell types mentioned above
